Beth Cloutier

Beth Cloutier is an award winning San Francisco Bay Area Producer/Director and Director of Photography for video productions. Her work is included in permanent museum collections such as the ICA Boston and MOMA. Beth has been a part of award-winning TV, music video, commercial and documentary productions.

A National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (The Emmy’s) former board member, Beth has produced and directed over 180 live streams for clients such as Live Box Digital, Wall Street Journal, Electronic Arts, AirBNB, The Carl Jung Institute of San Francisco, DocuSign, Bioneers, Local Music Channel, as well as many TV series, music videos and feature documentaries.

Beth’s TV and film credits include the feature documentary “Resynator” which won the Audience Award at SXSW, “The Advocates”, “Stranger Fruit”, one of the top ten films in SXSW according to the Hollywood Reporter, the music documentary “Last Stand at Dodge” which showed at the Peabody Essex Museum (Harvard) as part of the Salem, MA 400 year anniversary celebration, “Borderline” and “Suitcase of Love and Shame” which has shown in major art museums around the globe (MOMA, ICA Boston, Berlin). Beth’s television series work has been for A&E “Digital Addiction” and the “Breakout Kings”, CNN “The Sixties”, PBS “A Path Appears” and the PBS online series “Not In Our Town”, Discovery Channel “Bounty Wars”, Food Network’s “Chopped” as well as the “Restaurant Divided” pilot, which became a multi-episode TV series. Beth is the founder of the online music video series Local Music Channel.

Beth’s has Produced, Directed and DP’d commercial and corporate video projects for Disney, Google, YouTube, Toyota, Volvo, Wish, Revlon, Torrid, Virgin Mobile and UCHAPS to name a few.

Beth is an AR/VR/MR virtual experiences producer and photographer. She was integral in producing AR interactive holographic location based entertainment experiences dubbed the “4-D Theater” for a San Francisco based tech company.

Beth teaches filmmaking and cinematography workshops around the country and has been an adjunct professor at Emerson College.
